How this works

This site exists so you can check the record yourself instead of trusting a headline. Every item is a statement, vote, order, filing, or ruling, and every item has a link to where it came from.

Who is behind this

This is an independent, privately funded project with a conservative point of view. No party, campaign, or PAC pays for it or directs it. We choose what to cover; we do not get to choose the facts. That is why every item links to its source, so you can check us.

The rules we follow

• Quotes are verbatim. If it is in quotation marks, those are the exact words at the linked source. Anything else is labeled as a description.
• Their words, not someone else's. The original video, post, vote, order, or filing comes first. Reporting is used only to carry a direct quote or a public record, never for a reporter's or an opponent's opinion of someone.
• Headlines state facts, not conclusions. We say what happened and when. You decide what it means.
• Context and responses are included. If the person explained, apologized, or disputed it, that is shown on the same card.
• Connections need their own evidence. A link between two people is only listed when there is a sourced event behind it: an endorsement, a joint appearance, a donation.

Corrections

If a link is dead, a quote is wrong, or context is missing, tell us and we will fix it.
